A holographic display case projects a bright, floating 3D image above a physical object inside a glass pyramid or cabinet. Lumivue builds 180°, 270° and 360° pyramid hologram displays, holographic tower kiosks and X-frame cabinets for museums, product launches, luxury retail and exhibition halls.
Key features
- 180°, 270° or 360° pyramid geometry with a tempered optical glass reflector
- Physical products stay visible behind the floating image for side-by-side comparison
- High-brightness industrial LCD or LED panel with a wide colour gamut
- Media player accepts MP4 / MOV loops, still sequences and triggered playlists
- Black, white or brushed-metal cabinet finishes with custom sizes on request
- Optional IR or capacitive touch layer, presence sensor and audio output
Typical applications
- Museum artefact interpretation and replica display
- Luxury watches, jewellery and collectibles
- New product launch and auto show reveal
- Science centre exhibits and teaching models
Specifications on the individual product pages are indicative and configurable; final values are confirmed in the layout drawing for your project.

Common questions
Notes on holographic display cases selection and integration.
01Do hologram cabinets need special content?
Yes. Content is produced on a black background, usually with four mirrored views for a 360° pyramid or a single high-contrast loop for 180° and 270° cabinets. We supply templates and a production guide with every order.
02Can a real object be placed inside the case?
Yes. The physical exhibit sits on the base plate while the projected image appears in the pyramid above it, which is the main reason museums use this format.
03Can sizes, finishes and touch options be customised?
Yes. Panel size, cabinet dimensions, frame colour, glass, touch overlay, media player and mounting are configured per project. Send the available space and the display goal and we will return a layout proposal.
04Do you produce the 3D hologram content?
We supply content templates, a production guide and the correct loop format for the chosen pyramid. Full bespoke 3D animation can be scoped separately.
05What is a typical lead time?
It depends on the configuration and the project schedule. Standard configurations are assembled from stocked modules; custom cabinet sizes, curved rails and tiled transparent panels need an engineering drawing first. Ask for a current schedule with your enquiry.
