A transparent LCD showcase places a see-through display panel in front of a physical product, so digital content and the real object share the same view. Lumivue builds 43" and 55" transparent display cases, 4K transparent video cabinets and touch-enabled transparent showcases for retail and exhibitions.

01Is a transparent LCD as clear as ordinary glass?
No. A transparent LCD has a visible tint and a lower transmittance than plain glass, so the internal backlight and the lighting behind the cabinet are balanced during commissioning.
02Can the display be used as a normal monitor?
It is designed as a showcase layer, not a full-coverage monitor. Bright, high-contrast content on a dark background gives the best floating-image effect.
03Can sizes, finishes and touch options be customised?
Yes. Panel size, cabinet dimensions, frame colour, glass, touch overlay, media player and mounting are configured per project. Send the available space and the display goal and we will return a layout proposal.
04Do you produce the 3D hologram content?
We supply content templates, a production guide and the correct loop format for the chosen pyramid. Full bespoke 3D animation can be scoped separately.
05What is a typical lead time?
It depends on the configuration and the project schedule. Standard configurations are assembled from stocked modules; custom cabinet sizes, curved rails and tiled transparent panels need an engineering drawing first. Ask for a current schedule with your enquiry.
