Build on black

Anything black in the source becomes transparent in the pyramid. Keep the background pure black and avoid dark details that should remain visible.

Mirror the views

A 360° pyramid normally uses four views of the same object at 90° intervals; 180° and 270° cabinets use a single high-contrast loop. Keep the object centred and scaled consistently.

Keep loops short

Loops of 15–40 seconds work well for walk-past exhibits. Avoid fast cuts and small text, which become hard to read in a floating image.

Export for the player

Match the panel resolution and frame rate, use MP4 or MOV, and test the loop on the actual cabinet before final delivery.
