Before delivery

Confirm floor loading, door widths, lift access, mains voltage and the route from the loading bay to the final position.

At installation

Level the cabinet, secure the fixings, connect the concealed power/data channel, calibrate the panel and balance the internal lighting against the room.

Routine care

Clean glass with a non-abrasive cloth, keep vents clear, check carriage tracks for dust and verify that loops play after a power cycle.

Content updates

Keep a master copy of every loop and record which player and trigger point each asset belongs to before updating content on site.
