Capabilities

Customisation and manufacturing capabilities

What can actually be changed on a Lumivue system, the size bands and format variants we build, the seven-stage process behind each order, and which documents are issued before dispatch.

Configurable, not fixed

Six areas set against the project

Cabinet and panel sizes

Hologram cabinets run from small tabletop units to 86 inch 180 degree displays, transparent showcases are commonly 32 to 55 inch, and rail displays are 43 to 65 inch. The published models are representative configurations, not fixed stock sizes.

Optical glass, finish and hardware

Tempered optical glass, anti-reflective coating, black or brushed finishes, lockable doors, shelf lighting and concealed cable routes are specified as one assembly. High-transmittance LCD glass and nano-touch layers are available for transparent builds.

Touch, sensing and audio

IR or capacitive touch frames, presence sensors and optional audio are added only where the visitor journey needs them. An unattended retail window is often better without a touch surface that needs daily cleaning.

Rail geometry and motion

Straight, arc, circular and opening/closing tracks, multi-screen linkage and linked carriages are engineered per wall. Motor type, carriage weight, stop positions and limit switches are recorded in the layout drawing.

Control software and content

Control software handles carriage movement, content switching and interaction response. Local MP4 or MOV playback, playlists, trigger mapping and an optional CMS are delivered with export templates so an in-house team can update content.

Factory-direct build and packing

Cabinet, rail structure, player and touch frame are assembled and tested as one configuration before crate dimensions, gross weight, destination voltage and the compliance documents for the destination market are confirmed.

Size bands

Configurable size bands and format variants

The published model pages are representative configurations. The bands below are the ones most often requested on custom orders; a non-standard diagonal, track shape or control option is built against the layout drawing rather than pulled from stock.

Holographic casesSmall tabletop units through 86 inch 180 degree displays; common steps are 15, 19, 27, 32, 43, 55, 65, 70, 75 and 86 inch.180, 270 and 360 degree pyramids; tabletop, floor-standing and interactive cabinets.Optional IR or capacitive touch, presence sensor and audio; black-background mirrored content.
Transparent showcases32, 43, 49 and 55 inch, with 4K landscape and tiled multi-panel faces.Countertop, floor-standing, landscape and joined display walls.IR touch frame, non-touch Android or PC player, nano-touch high-transmittance glass.

Indicative, configurable values. Final figures are confirmed in the project layout drawing.

From brief to after-sales

Seven stages on every order

01

Requirements

Agree the purpose of the display, the content to be shown, the space and its environment, the budget and how visitors are expected to interact.

02

Design

Fix rail shape and length, mounting style, panel type, diagonal, resolution, brightness, interaction functions and the control logic.

03

Hardware

Source the rail, screen, motor, sensors, controller and touch frame, then fabricate the track structure and assemble the carriage.

04

Software and content

Build the control software, author the video, animation and stills, then integrate the playlist with the trigger map and test the rules.

05

Installation and commissioning

Install on site, check track level and movement, align glass, calibrate touch and brightness, test every trigger and run a user test.

06

Acceptance and training

Check the finished system against the agreed design, hand over the operating sheet and templates, and train the staff who will run it.

07

After-sales

Set the maintenance interval, keep firmware and content current, and identify spare parts from the configuration list.

Where a configuration starts

We work from the object, the floor plan and the viewing distance. The first output is a configuration list: family, indicative panel size, resolution, brightness, glass, finish, touch, motion, player and mounting. Where the installation needs one, the second output is a layout drawing with fixing points, power and data routes and service access. Both are issued against the enquiry rather than copied from a catalogue row.

Factory-direct build and compliance language

Cabinet, rail structure, player and touch frame are assembled and tested as one configuration before dispatch, and on-site installation can be quoted where the venue needs it. Destination voltage, crate dimensions, gross weight and the compliance documents required for the destination market are confirmed per order. Blanket certification claims, named customer references and performance guarantees are deliberately not published as static marketing text.

Typical custom requests

  • Non-standard cabinet width or a pyramid built around an oversized object, up to an 86 inch 180 degree display.
  • Curved, circular or opening and closing rails with project-specific stop positions and linked carriages.
  • Manual push, motorised position triggers or presence-follow control on the same wall.
  • A second language in the content templates and a matching playlist map.
  • Finish, glass and lock hardware matched to an existing retail fit-out.
